Job PurposeProject specialists support the PMO function managing the overall project management life cycle and for the implementation of highly complex, large-scale, strategic and Business Misk?s initiatives within a Pillar/Platform of the Long-Range Strategic Plan.Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplements established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all Misk?s initiativesMonitor and track programs and projects to oversee the impacts and interdependencies between projects to ensure it meets the annual goals and objectives.Track, collect, and provides updates throughout project lifecycle, including project status, risks, and issues, and makes recommendations on project decisions to Senior Management.Track and report allocation of resources within the projects to meet work fluctuations and budget and time constraints in the delivery process.Support PMO team to serve as subject matter expert, providing technical and analytical guidance to the program and project teams, especially in areas related to project managementProvide support (as needed) on corporate initiative, which may include cost benefit analysis, work plans, functional and technical designs, testing, and implementation. Ensures efficient and high-quality of processes, and monitors all technical aspects of implementing projectsTrack, collect, and support developing reports on foundation?s performance through tracking and validating KPIs and its targets Work directly with subsidiaries on quarterly performance report submission to board Financial Management: Collaborates with the finance department and various functional managers to ensure projects budgets are properly estimated and controlled; provide overall financial recommendations and develop controls and measurements to monitor progress.Provides regular updates to stakeholders on the status of the budget through PMO channels.Qualifications & Experienceo Saudi National (preferred).o Strong academic record.o Bachelor?s degree in Business or any related field.o Master?s degree is a plus.o 2-3 years of experience in management consulting and or well-known project management service providers.; with experience in PMO, performance management, business consultancy (preferred).Skills Project management Critical thinking Strategic thinking Stakeholder management
