Own onsite campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targetingand segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization by workingwith Brands, commercial and marketing teams.? Lead seasonal, and annual calendar content planning, creative development, landingpage CX design and scheduling of cross-channel campaigns across Homepages, category pages, manual merchandising slots, email/deals & events, etc? Develop merchandising KPIs and present results and learnings monthly to keyinternal stakeholders? Introduce, run and report on A/B testing cycles for content optimization acrossPages emails.? Own reporting of key traffic and marketing metricsQualifications:? 7-10 years with sector-specific experience.? Proven track record in e-commerce, marketing, merchandising? Good technical background and an understanding of web technologies, contentmanagement systems, eCommerce platforms? Experience with Project Management tools.? Excellent written and verbal communication skills? Very proactive/ hands on with strong ownership mentality to take on tasks andprovide solutions?
