Develop and monitor commercial plans by partnering with marketing, ops,and commercial teams.? Build merchandise plans in accordance with strategies by partnering withcategory teams at category and brand levels.? Drive assortment, brand gaps based on demand funnel and analytics (GoogleAnalytics, Actual performance against targets, Onsite, etc.)? Drive decision-making in season to achieve financial and strategic targets.? Manage inventory health, and optimize sales and inventory productivity throughanalysis and plans that drive high-impact decision-making.? Manage daily, and weekly monthly reporting, driving a high standard for analyticalexcellence.Qualifications:? 7-10 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in Managementreporting and analysis, Forecasting & Budgeting, the Fashion industry.? Strong analytic and communication skills, and have a passion for using data todrive decisions? Excellent organizational and analytical skills? Ability to take an entrepreneurial approach and work in ambiguity.? Experience working with a fast-paced, high-tech start-up or complex company? Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills?
