Collect and Assist the Documents including Pre-Qualifications, Material Submittal, etc. of separate Contractors, Vendors and Suppliers.

Preparations of sub-contract agreements.
Studies the sub-contractor / suppliers payments and variations.
Review and evaluate claims submitted by sub-contractors? companies
Ensure all the time-barred registration and documentation, such as Warranties, Bonds, Insurances, guaranties are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the contract and are in compliance with the contract requirements.
Provides assistance to Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager on contractual issues while evaluating variation orders and IPCs
Preparations of BOQ and quantity take off.
Ability to prepare and analyze unit rate breakdown.
Preparations of Main Interim Payment Certificates with the supporting documents with follow-up.
Assists in the preparation of the commercial part of claims and reports
Prepare cash flow for the required due payments of suppliers and subcontractors.
Any other duties according to the nature of the main job
