The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.Job PurposeFunctional Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and legal support during development, construction, and operation of projects
  • Coordination with External Advisors for preparation of detailed, Bankable due Diligence Reports of projects.
  • Review of available permits, approvals related to Environmental, Aviation and associated Electrical infrastructure of the projects and preparation of Risk and Mitigation matrix for the same.
  • Liaison with Internal teams and External Advisors for the preparation of Documentation, Layouts, and Drawings related to Permitting/Approvals of Wind Farms as per requirements of Government Authorities.
  • Review engineering and construction technical deliverables/documentation received from Sponsor Technical Advisor and Contractors to ensure compliance with applicable government or industrial codes, standards, requirements, or regulations.
  • Preparation of response to Queries by Lender, Investors, and their advisors.
  • Provide communication and supervision of tasks related to key local stakeholders such as landowners, local and regional administrations, utilities, insurance providers and local suppliers and service providers.
  • Oversee and collaborate to obtain all the permits and licenses necessary to bring the projects to a ?ready to build? status.
  • Oversee site assessments or environmental studies for wind farms.
  • Participation in elaborating and monitoring the annual preventive maintenance plan, checking the monthly invoicing, and processing the correspondent claims.
  • Carry out periodically monitoring of energy production and project performance.
  • Management of warranties during the operating period.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and closing contracts with operators and maintainers
