Provide subject matter expertise inputs to various project within communication product development roadmap and programs like military tactical data links, radio links, radiosystems and subsystems, communication standards and so on.
Take leading positions Systems Engineering and Project Management.
Build technical capabilities, infrastructure and mentor technical team members and system engineers.
Remain updated of latest technologies and trends to benchmark design efforts in the projects.
Write system performance and requirement specification of systems, subsystem and components.
Guide development of algorithms and protocols for wireless communications systems.
Design Matlab & C/C++ based communication systems models and simulations and implement them in fixed point simulation development in embedded systems.
Well versed with machine languages like VHDL, Verilog, etc., and lead fixed point to RTL conversion and optimization.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/ management.
