Job Description

A global retailer is seeking a Store Maintenance Specialist. Based in Riyadh Head Office, and reporting to the installations and Maintenance Manager.You will coordinate, and monitor civil and construction maintenance works of operating stores in order to ensure store are maintained as per company global guidelines, standards, and policies

  • Develop a detailed schedule and prioritize assigned maintenance work in stores.
  • Respond and recommend appropriate actions for potential construction-related problems/issues.
  • Perform necessary maintenance activities upon securing approval from the Equipment department on support request.
  • Ensure, monitor, and supervise maintenance activities based on global guidelines and policies and procedures related to civil and construction work without affecting the store operations.
  • Inspect completed work to check that work has been completed correctly and confirm specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare maintenance cost analysis and regularly monitor and report maintenance work progress results against scheduled..
  • Document logging and tracking maintenance requests,
  • Coordinate with Procurement department to process Service Requests or Purchase Orders, if needed
