Job Description

A global multinational client with their headquarters in Riyadh is hiring a Specialist Applications (Programmer ASP.NET) to provide timely updates on all time sheets and coordinate with the ?operations team.

  • Coordinate with concerned departments for daily data pulling and reporting status kept at Data warehouses.
  • Create new business rules and SLA in helpdesk as per department requirements.
  • Ecommerce updates testing and release Management.
  • Skilled in the development and execution of project work plans.
  • Produce reports for escalation if SLA/Assigned KPIs is getting affected to ensure the resolution is completed in a timely manner.
  • Complete lifecycle systems design, analysis, and testing procedures.
  • Customer oriented approach and working knowledge of help desk, and answering queries.
  • Thorough knowledge of stores shifts and related activities of shift plans.
