Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVETo ensure availability of the spare parts and tools as required and manage them from order initiation to receiving, handling, distribution, and storage.??? ???????????? ????? ??? ?????? ???????? ??? ?? ????? ???????? ?? ??? ????? ??? ???????? ???????? ???????? ????????.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the availability of all Spare parts and tools as requested.
  • Order spare parts and tools to replenishing the stock inventory from Rolex or the local market.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of all spare parts and tools to technicians as job cards
  • Receive all delivered spare parts and tools and ensure compliance with purchase orders.
  • Sort, organize and store parts and tools in a proper location to ensure easy access. (by brands)
  • Generate new parts and tools references in the company system and label them correctly
  • Maintain updated stock record and keeps correct stock count in the company system
  • Conduct a physical count of inventory to ensure that the stock data on paper matches the inventory thats is actually in the storage
  • Prepare required reports, logs, and documents to Service Center manager
  • Manage shipments of watches, spare parts and tools from and to Rolex or Service Center in Riyadh
  • Facilitate efficient, timely audits throughout the year
