They are urgently seeking 1x experienced Solutions Delivery Project Management Team Lead for the bank on a long-term basis. (1-3 Years)?Role BriefResponsible for establishing and running the BICC Solutions Delivery office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a ?best-practice? project delivery approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.The role is expected to provide strong leadership in a matrix environment to follow best practices in managing interrelated projects and programs to ensure successful delivery. This role will also ensure project resources have the correct toolsets and processes in place and that all relevant staff are trained and equipped to deliver successfully.Strong solutions delivery, project, program management and excellent organizational skills are fundamental, as is the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organizationKey Accountabilities1.Provide solutions delivery support to deliver the BICC?s projects; providing planning, direction, and execution support2.Provide top down visibility of the projects and activities3.Participate in demand prioritization planning activities4.Maintains cadence to review project delivery, performance, and quality5.Provide visibility of current/forecast change, resource supply and demand numbers with plans to address any shortfall, and as necessary, reducing organizational strain6.Provide progress updates to management and key decision-making forums7.Gather project data, track status and provide standardized management information at portfolio level for management
