The Solution Architect will be responsible for architecture from scratch. He/she will ensure that the solution is fit-for-purpose.The Solution Architect will have a strong background in Financial Services technology and solutions, possess exceptional technical skills, and will be able to design and implement innovative solutions that align with business objectives.Client DetailsOur client is a disruptive Financial Services start-up based in Riyadh.DescriptionThe Solution Architect will be responsible for:Analysing existing technology capability and requirements; translating requirements into technical solutionDesigning the technical architecture of the solution, including the hardware, software, and networking componentsCollaborating with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets the needs of the businessEnsuring that the technology solution is agile, scalable, reliable and secureProviding ongoing support and maintenance for the solutionWorking closely with the leadership team to address the business needs/changes and aligning technology with overall business strategyStaying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for technology adoption and innovationEnsuring solution is compliant with regulatory requirementsOverseeing integration of solution with other systems and softwaresCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, processes, and integrationsProvide training and support to development teams on architectural best practicesProfileThe Solution Architect will be/have:At least a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study (Masters is preferred)8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in the Financial Services sectorPreviously built Fintech solutions from scratchExpertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutionsProficient in cloud technologiesKnowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps).Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.Based in/willing to relocate to RiyadhJob OfferAn attractive salary, along with family benefits, will be on offer for this role.
