Job Description

Render consulting services and act to ensure customer meets deadlines.Review system issues and act suitably.Install company software suite at customer sites.Configure and ensure software changes to system to assist in business organizational changes.

  • Analyze system and compile system change needs as requested by customer.
  • Improve software to meet customer?s business needs and follow best practices, standards and documentation.
  • Inspect changes before customer performs user acceptance testing.
  • Handle customer User Acceptance, Outage Notification and Change Control procedures and documentation.
  • Coordinate with customer to resolve issues.
  • Handle customer request priorities.
  • Extend user support and training to customer and support users.
  • Record and manage customer specific implementation user guides for company application?s user community.
  • Configure changes and upgrade software systems.
  • Load baseline security data to Client database.
  • Take client engagement through lifecycle.
  • Understand the customer Requirements and communicate it to technical team.
  • Provide software trainings to customers.
