Job Description

job opportunity for a?Systems Administrator, Security Operations Center (SOC).?The SOC Systems Administrator will perform basic system administration on all tools and systems implemented in the?SOC, by providing onsite technical support, and performing system and application diagnoses and remediation, while engaging other teams as needed.

  • Serve as SOC systems subject matter expert
  • Perform planning, and provide direction in order to ensure maximum value and to facilitate effective project performance
  • Produce training procedures and materials; assist in implementing configurations, perform testing, conduct training, and assist in the closeout of the project
  • Design and implement test plans and procedures
  • Responsible for identifying and scheduling all appropriate certifications and inspections of related systems, personnel and functions and ensure procedures and protocols are in place that enable the timely and effective response to, and management of, incidents, alarms, notifications, calls and other activities and issues related to the project
  • Assess and evaluate situations efficiently
  • Other duties as assigned by management
