Job Description

Dar Wa Emaar is a Real Estate Development Company based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Through Villa Saraya Brand, the company promises on delivering affordable, unique, innovative and qualitative housing units to meet every young Saudi family?s requirement.?Projects business unit is responsible for planning, execution, successful delivery, handover and maintenance of the real estate development projects undertaken by the company. They are the core team which conceptualizes and creates the products which the company sells to earn profits. Success of this department is determined by the quality, timeliness and costs of the projects delivered.?Site Supervisor oversees the work of construction labours; ensures cleanliness and maintenance of project sites and units; manage site logistics and supervise the material delivery and storage at the site.?Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the work of construction workers:
o??? Clearly understand instructions from Site Engineer on priority of construction.o??? Manage labour allocation as per the project priorities.o??? Allocate work and oversee the work of construction labours.o??? Closely monitor the methodology used by construction labours along with the quality of completed jobs such as water proofing, plastering, tiles, fittings, Gypsum boards, etc..o??? Monitor and ensure the correctness of the process of concrete pouring and querying.
  • Site maintenance
o??? Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the site and units.
  • Material management
o??? Arrange logistics at site as water, electricity, power, cranes, etc.o??? Supervise the material usage, quantities, storage and floating to site warehouse.?
