The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, extensive project execution experience, and a proven track record in managing construction sites, particularly in STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) projects.Your new role, whats involved?

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Lead and mentor site teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among different departments.
  • Review project documents, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure proper documentation of site activities, progress reports, and compliance records.
  • Address any technical challenges and provide expert guidance to the execution team.
