Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities and labor teams.Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.Monitor workmanship, quality, and productivity.Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Manager.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.Resolve day-to-day site issues and support timely project execution.Monitor material usage and maintain good site housekeeping.Supervise high-end interior finishing works, including:Woodwork and joineryFlooring installationsStone and marble claddingCeramic and porcelain tilingCeiling and wall finishesOther architectural fit-out worksEnsure exceptional workmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout all finishing activities.Desired Candidate ProfileRequirements:Must have proven experience in Interior Fit-Out projects (mandatory).3?5 years of relevant site supervision experience.Strong knowledge of finishing works and construction methods.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Valid driving license is preferred.
