GeneralSite Engineer is accountable for the successful execution and completion of site work in the assigned projects. He is responsible to allocate resources and make decisions for the assigned projects in accordance with the Keir policies, standards, guidelines and contractual commitments.Specific1.???????Accountable for site safety, quality, schedule and cost on assigned projects.2.??????Responsible to make sure that required resources and tools are available for project execution.3.??????Must be able to perform accurate material and scope planning4.?????Must be able to reconcile execution activities and manage scope change during implementation of the project.5.??????A strong understanding of telecom work practices and organizational skills.6.?????Accountable for managing the overall project execution, performance including scope, cost, safety, quality, schedule, implementation, and customer satisfaction.7.??????Must be able to maintain and develop good relations with sub-contractors and other stakeholders.8.?????Assuring that work is performed in accordance with project requirements.9.?????Must be able to take corrective action as necessary.10.????Must track and coordinate material delivery, schedule construction, and drive completion to meet schedule and budget expectations.11.????Reports project status and performance data as required to management.12.???Other duties as assigned by Project Manager
