Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly progress report of site works
Plan and Organize Site works, resources required and allocate team member work packages
Arrange Material, supervise installation work, Collaborate with the installation team
Team lead/Supervision for Technician, Labor and sub-contractor
Arrange and Ensure Site Safety, Safety Induction and Quality
Installation of TSH, Configuration, Calibration, Alignment and Testing of Traffic controller, TSH, CCTV and detector camera
Termination of all network communication cables
