Job Description

About the job: As Shift?s Representative, you will be our image and the front-line soldier, you will provide the client our service and make a booking based on the clients demand. Main Responsibilities:

  • Create a Booking for walk-in customers.
  • Advise and provide the customer vehicle and booking type based on their demand.
  • Answers customer?s questions with regards to length of trip, cost, and all type of services available.
  • Coordinate on scheduled booking with the Chauffeur Supervisor.
  • Support Marketing teams on special projects.
  • Collect the booking payment.
  • Reports all conflicts or disputes to Chauffeur supervisor.
  • Ensure that the drivers are welcoming and provides excellent service to our client.
