Job Description

Responsible for the ServiceNow platform of an organization, which supports IT service management to automate business processes. The role involves designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform. A ServiceNow developer must also manage the platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary.

  • Identify deficiencies and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with other administrators to develop solutions and changes
  • Use languages and third party controls such as .NET, C# and AJAX
  • Manage tool configuration to ensure reliable production
  • Customize applications to facilitate the use of new applications and customizations
  • Avoid disruptions by implementing new changes with the least disruption to operations
  • Provide expertise for all technical issues related to development
  • Understand the bigger picture by using large-scale thinking when working on projects
