About this opportunity We are looking for Service Owner - Network Optimization to be part of our Managed Services team! As a part of our MSCLT team, you will play a key role in leading overall network optimization services of our ?live? customer network.This role is sought at taking ownership of the optimization management of the end to end performance of customer network and continuously leading it throughout its life cycle. You will be responsible for a big team that includes RAN optimization, Hi-tech, E2E optimization, Customer care, Assurance & drive test teams.What you will do

  • Adapt to constantly evolving customer requirements ensuring adherence to contractual results and SLA target achievements.
  • Maintaining and improving customer experience & services on a daily level.
  • Support customer by improving ranking in Ookla and other market benchmarking entities.
  • Building Customer trust in Ericsson as Technology Leader.
  • Responsible for new sites acceptance & related KPIs.
  • Leading critical Hajj & Haram network.
  • Responsible for Automations and work efficiencies.
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations up to C-Level.
  • Collaboration with solution & account teams outside MS organization to support Ericsson business.
  • Key to supporting Service Operations Centre?s, Network Operations Centre?s and the Experience Centric Managed Services.
  • Coordinate with each domain manager, participate in new platform acceptance, driver network performance improvement, capacity analysis, measure and report SLAs/KPIs.
  • Participate in end-to-end led services delivery activities, including preparation of the live customer network and assisting MSCLT team in resources and timing definition and tracking.
  • Continuously aim for efficiency, improvements, and excellence in service delivery.
  • Workout closely with customer in improving ways of working towards digital transformation.
You will bring
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering / Computer Science, with minimum of 15 years of experience in the optimization field, at least 3 in a customer facing positions.
  • Deep technical knowledge in the following areas: IOT, ORAN, Cloud RAN, 5G, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Worked for MS delivery is a plus!
  • Good presentation, time management and leadership skills & ability to work with a diverse set of backgrounds.
