We are a leading industrial weighing and auotmation Company working in Riyadh KSA , We are looking for a Service Manager who can manage the service business and Generate revenue from Service and Calibration Business, Incumbent should have complete hands on knowledge of Industrial weighing and end of line product Marking and coding businessJob Responsibilities include

  • Service lead generation
  • Services Managment
  • Scheduling and performing service tasks through service teams
  • Managing Customer Satisfaction by acheiving better service results
  • Achieving desired Serivce revenue from Saudi Market
  • Managing Service Level Agreements
  • Able to work in a Service CRM
  • Will be Responsible for complete end to end Service generation to fullfilment
