As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to their customers and ensuring the optimal performance of their products. You will also work closely with their sales and customer success teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, develop solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.Location - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Provide technical support to customers via in-person visits.Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to our products and services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.Manage and maintain customer equipment and systems.Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of our products and services.Conduct regular site visits to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support.Document and report all customer interactions and issues in a timely and accurate manner.We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
