  • Coordination between onsite and remote resources Distribute the tasks (projects) between the team (on site, remote) to achieve the goals and deadline based on business requirements
  • Look after the existing incident management system .ticketing system we have (Serivcenow) and acheive the SLA

  • ITIL ITIL (Service now) /Lead the team/point of contact/Incident management, SLA?etc
