Responsibilities

  • Your first responsibility is to act as an ambassador for the company - Customer focus is key!
  • Delivering the service in our service center outlets along with performing all administrative duties to ensure successful daily operations.
  • Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing store functions.
  • Provide consultation and solution focused support to meet each customer?s specific needs.
  • Provides customer expertise in express shipping product lines and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels.
  • Ensures confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages.
  • Processes financial transactions using a Point-of-Sale terminal (POS), including cash handling.
  • Completes required financial paperwork and assist supervisors with financial reporting including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits.
  • Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly working environment.?
