SummaryResponsible for architecture and design of production and non-production servers, designing the storage configuration at KFSH&RC and overseeing implementing enhancements to server and storage hardware to ensure that the data and computing power are available when needed.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1.Establishes storage standards for all data centers.2.Defines project infrastructure requirements and participate with project teams as required.3.Creates and maintain the architecture for all servers and related infrastructure.4.Conducts application infrastructure design, scalability, and resiliency reviews.5.Escalates HW/SW issues to vendor and follow up for required maintenance.6.Provides the Level 3 maintenance and support function and ensure that end-users? needs are being met.7.Defines and maintain all storage HW processes.8.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.9.Participates in self & others education, training and development, as applicable.10.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.11.Performs other related duties as assigned.EducationMaster?s or Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.Experience RequiredFive (5) years of related experience with a Master?s degree, or seven (7) years of related experience with a Bachelor?s degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)N/A
