Carry out the troubleshooting and repair for employees of the Authority at the main center and provide technical support to the employees of the branches remotely.- Prepare periodic reports and respond directly, and return the new data that were found during the week with problems and problems with Windows 10 and installing updates and programs.- Has knowledge of engine management systems.- Has knowledge of Active Directory services.- The ability to repair printers, scanners, and how to identify drivers.- Has knowledge of communications and networks such as DHCP, DNS and Proxy
