Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:To assist in the supply market research while ensuring compliance with procurement frameworks. To provide ongoing reports and analysis. To Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.Key Activities:

  • Look up the market trend analysis and aid in the supply market research to Identify potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Track the responsibilities and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Aid in ensuring that the supply chain requirements of the business owners are met.
  • Assist in keeping a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with the framework from stakeholders and business owners.
  • Analyze data and produce insights using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to procurement, ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and internal policies and laws.
  • Support in developing sourcing strategies for different category.
  • Assist in the development of contract templates and agreements.
  • Provide aid in ensuring that purchase orders are complete, approved, and properly documented.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
