Job Description

A Senior Strategic Planning Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, business analysis, project management, and real estate experience. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and align strategic initiatives
  4. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitor activities
  5. Identify and recommend innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  6. Manage strategic projects from initiation to successful implementation
  7. Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to key stakeholders
  8. Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards
  10. Utilize real estate experience to assess potential investment opportunities and advise on strategic decisions
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning or related role
  2. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  6. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans
  7. Experience in project management and change management
  8. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strategic planning software
  11. Real estate experience and knowledge of the real estate market
