As the Senior Specialist in Security Solutions, specializing in IAM and PAM, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions to safeguard my clients organization digital infrastructure.Client DetailsMy client, a public sector organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Specialist - Security Solutions (IAM / PAM) to join their team.DescriptionLead the design, development, and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective security solutions.Develop and enforce identity and access governance policies, procedures, and standards.Define roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure least privilege access and adherence to the principle of least privilege.Architect and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure privileged accounts and access to critical systems.Configure and manage privileged access workflows, session recording, and authentication mechanisms.Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM and PAM-related security incidents, investigations, and remediation efforts.Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) team to enhance detection and response capabilities for identity-related threats.ProfileBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Extensive experience (4 years) in cybersecurity, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).In-depth knowledge of IAM and PAM principles, technologies, and best practices.Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or similar solutions.Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR).Job OfferOpportunity to work with one of the biggest player in the industryPermanent opportunity
