Senior Specialist, MES I - - SAUDI FEMALE ONLYOVERALL, JOB PURPOSE:To provide a plant-wide support for Level 3 Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ERP interfaces and L2 interfaces. The primary responsibilities include coding, development, deployment, enhancement, and troubleshooting of Level 3 software and L3-L4 Integration for maintaining and improving safety, quality, capacity, accuracy, and reliability. Work under the standards established by the organization to apply the latest computer technology including hardware, software, and networking to solve manufacturing problems and improve reporting in a safe, economical, and timely fashion.This includes but is not limited to the following:? Have overall responsibility for OTC-MES integration and MES applications.? Perform system development, changes, configuration, and troubleshooting, as needed.ÿ? Develop reports and dashboards and build a reporting database.? Provide daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of L3, L3-L4 integration, and L3-L2 interfaces, while providing first-line, on-call response to restore production flow.? Work with business users to ensure system integrity.? Support process improvement project designs and execution within standard procedures.? Work with Production and Maintenance personnel to investigate interface problems and develop required coding to improve production scheduling and tracking.? Work with vendors to resolve system issues as required.? Integration changes and creation of new integrations as business requires.? Ensuring that data integrity between MES and ERP system is preserved.? Resolve all interface problems with the software/hardware/network and either resolve them internally or work with vendors who supplied to resolve the issue.? Provide input for and develop test plans. Perform system configuration and troubleshooting, as needed.
