Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the project team, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in construction and engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage all activities on the construction site, including coordinating and directing subcontractors and suppliers.
  2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and enforce strict adherence to site rules and protocols.
  3. Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Manage project budgets and timelines, and track expenses and costs.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
  7. Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the construction process.
  8. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with industry best practices and quality standards.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest construction technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and site management.
  3. Saudi nationality, currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  4. Experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in the residential or commercial sector.
  5. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Proficient in project management software and tools.
  10. Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
  11. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
