Job Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Sr. Site Architect located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for Saudi Baytur Construction Company. The Sr. Site Architect will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate execution of all elements related to the construction design and supervision of construction projects, liaising between clients, engineers, and contractors. The successful candidate will report to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and schedule.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, taking into consideration their requirements
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
  • Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations..
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their objectives and translate them into architectural designs.
  • Manage relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural project management.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial and hotel projects.
