Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Supervisor for our client, a leading automotive company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a supervisory role. The Senior Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.˙Responsibilities:˙

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in handling customer complaints and issues.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • A bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and dealers.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
