Job Description

Job briefWe are looking for a service-oriented, hardworking, smart, and over-achieving Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in Printing Inks for Flexible Packaging to join our organization.The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and contribution to the overall sales team and business success.Responsibilities

  • Represent the companys products, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
