Main responsibilities & deliverab: - To ensure hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control processes (Risk Register, Environmental Impact Register, JHA & StepBack) are proactively implemented and managed.- To identify compliance obligations and monitor the same on a regular basis.- Ensure SNC global and project specific objectives are proactively monitored and achieved.-Conduct training need analysis and prepare training matrix for all level of employees. -- ----- -Ensure training plans are monitored and achieved.- Conduct and lead project HSE meetings with internal teams, contactors and client to discuss project HSE challenges and opportunities for improvements.-Ensure documented information is maintained and retained as per ISO and SNC Global HSEMS requirements.-Ensure all operational process controls are implemented and managed effectively.-Ensure emergency response plan is tested regularly for every potential emergency situation.-Ensure project HSE performance is measured and monitored monthly and project HSE data is presented to management in numerical and graphical form.-Conduct and lead incident investigation as per approved HSSE management procedure.-Take promote actions on finding from inspections, self-audits, regional audits and site imminent dangers.Other information (KPIs):Monthly management report submission in timely and accurate manner.Adherence to local, international regulations and SNC GHSEMS.Achieving 100% of Global HSE Objectives.Driven improvement and process changes over all process on site.Qualifications:Bachelor?s Degree/Diploma in Engineering/HSE (or Equivalent)NEBOSH IGC Certificate ? MandatoryISO 9001/ ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 Lead or Internal Auditor.Experience (Yrs.): 6+ years relevant experience in HSE.
