Since 2014, Niagara College KSA (NC KSA) has operated technical and vocational training colleges throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of the Vision 2030 initiative and in partnership with the Colleges of Excellence (CoE). All NC KSA campuses also offer a foundation program for English language development.Applicants are invited for the position of Senior Manager, Quality & Systems, Niagara College KSA, Corporate Office in Riyadh. Reporting to the Director, Niagara College KSA, the Senior Manager, Quality & Systems provides vision and leadership for an innovative, effective, and quality environment that supports NC KSA?s vision and objectives. As?a member of the corporate team of NC KSA, the Senior Manager, Quality & Systems supports and participates in a wide range of strategic and operational decisions, affecting the current and future direction and effectiveness of the quality and systems within the NC KSA projects.The Senior Manager, Quality & Systems is responsible for leadership and management of the team that designs, recommends, delivers and supports complex enterprise-wide systems that support the academic and administrative requirements of the NC KSA projects. The systems are a combination of ERP modules (currently HRIS,?QuickBooks, NCIS, Moodle), in-house development and best of breed applications. The incumbent is also responsible for Learning Management System integration, portal support and to continually look for business process and workflow improvements within NC KSA. The incumbent is also responsible for the oversight of curriculum development and management systems and all program quality processes, as well as leadership on pedagogical development for NC KSA.The Senior Manager, Quality & Systems reviews programs for adherence to NC KSA directives and other approved accreditation standards. The incumbent also provides leadership on the development of pathways and articulations and is responsible for integrating quality systems at NC KSA campuses.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Works with academic and non-academic units to support all aspects of the quality process, including program review and reporting, course evaluations, accreditations, and Institutional Reviews
• Works with stakeholders to identify and develop program and customized training initiatives that meet NC KSA?s strategic goals for enrolment
• Oversees the curriculum process to ensure material is updated to reflect current policies and industry standards
• Provides pedagogical leadership on curricular requirements and best practices, identifies areas for development and implements change where required
• Provides leadership in utilization, integration, and support of the NC KSA?s approved Learning Management System (LMS) to optimize its use in instructional design, curriculum development, teacher support, student management, e-portfolio development, and related academic applications?
• Provides leadership in negotiating appropriate pathways with other institutions and ensures promotion of pathways to students, graduates and potential students
• Oversees professional development for faculty, administrators and staff, develops and provides training and resources critical to effective college teaching, including developing and delivering workshops, seminars, and online training modules
• Establishes, develops?and monitors Quality and Systems strategic and operational?plans, policies and procedures for all campuses and other NC KSA operations
• Ensures compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures, accountability for the efficient and compliant management of records and information assets as well as the safeguarding of personal and confidential information
• Participates on all hardware and software evaluations and liaises with Procurement to maintain vendor contracts, desktop and laptop renewal plans.
• Oversees NC KSA data systems and provides training and advice for the campus representatives as requested
• Oversees the student services practices by developing, communicating and documenting policies and procedures, implementing and maintaining effective systems, and working in cooperation with the Registrar and the key members to ensure academic policies and procedures are enforced and proper records are maintained across all NC KSA campuses
• Oversees audit reports and additional quality assurance reviews, maintains consistent practices across all NC KSA campuses and ensures that the external audit expectations are well communicated and enforced
• Oversees the development and execution of climate and student surveys on a periodical basis and as needed in coordination with the key stakeholders
• Oversees the recruitment activities for each campus and maintains a record of the best practices
• Oversees the Registrar in compiling data reports and ensures data integrity and consistency as well as compliance with the NC KSA contract obligations
• Oversees the development, integration and implementation of sophisticated systems and databases related but not limited to the student information system (NCIS), Moodle, Microsoft Teams.
• Oversees the production of status reports and shares them with the key stakeholders.
• Oversees the alignment of data recoding across all campuses in order to ensure consistency and meet reporting deadlines.
