Procure to Pay (P2P) Automation (Arabic-Speaking, Riyadh-Based)Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: IT Services | Finance Operations | AI & AutomationLanguages Required: Fluent Arabic & EnglishPosition Title:Senior QA Engineer / Senior AI/MLPlatform:SAPAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer / Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in improving the quality of our Procure to Pay (P2P) processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of automated solutions for P2P workflows, leveraging SAP and advanced technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs). You will focus on validating automation tools, ensuring process reliability, and maintaining compliance with government regulations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Strategy Development
  • Develop a comprehensive QA strategy for the revamped P2P process, covering automation workflows, integrations with SAP, and document-based transactions in English and Arabic.
  • Define test cases for LLM-driven automation, including invoice handling and tendering processes.
  • Automation Testing:
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks for processes involving unstructured data and document-based workflows.
  • Validate AI/ML models for accuracy, reliability, and compliance in document processing.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of automated tools within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Manual Testing:
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases in scenarios with complex, unstructured inputs in English and Arabic.
  • Validate the end-to-end P2P process, including document ingestion, data extraction, and approvals.
  • Quality Assurance Practices:
  • Establish robust QA processes tailored to government-sector requirements, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards.
  • Perform risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts for critical P2P workflows.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with development, business, and AI teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor and evaluate QA metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
  • Stay updated with advancements in LLM, AI/ML, and SAP testing tools to implement best practices.
Qualifications:? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.? 5+ years of experience in QA roles, with a focus on SAP-based P2P processes or similar enterprise systems.? Expertise in testing automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or similar).? Experience working with AI/ML solutions, especially LLMs, for processing unstructured data.? Strong understanding of document processing workflows and integrations with ERP systems.? Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to test language-specific workflows.? Familiarity with government-sector compliance and security requirements.
