1. Sound experience in managing the project team for EBS R12 Upgrade/Enhancements/Implementation Projects in Multi geography and with localization and multi lingual requirement2. Good Communication and team leading capabilities. Able to coordinate with different teams, customer stakeholders.3. Distribute and get the work done with the assigned team to complete the deliverables on time.3. Strong Technical or Functional Knowledge in Oracle EBS.4.
