We bring a life-cycle perspective to our clients, from development solutions to our core services in programme, project and cost management and consulting in digital solutions, tenancy management, sustainability, leisure & entertainment, and workplace & design.Role PurposeWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our P&DS team based in Riyadh, KSA. The role will work on a luxury hospitality project.What this job involves* Reporting to a Director as part of a team undertaking day to day delivery.* Support the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project.* Undertake full design management and manage design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the client?s expectations and budget.* Administer building contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.* Adhere to project documentation, programs, master budget etc.* Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.* Deliver projects with focus on time, cost and quality.* Monitor and report on the contractor?s progress against the contract program.* Manage consultant teams to ensure that the contractor?s design is done in compliance with the contract and client brief.* Manage consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract. * Degree Qualification is preferred but not essential.* Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential (CIOB).* Experience in design & construction of hospitality projects.* Experience in managing on site construction in the region.* Major international project experience is essential.* Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.* International safety qualification / recognition an advantage but not essential.What you can expect from usYou?ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
