1. Leads, manages and supervises all aspects of translation processes and production. Ensures translation of assigned requirements.??2.? Executes translation in accordance with production objectives; performs to the production schedule baselines.?3. Supervises all aspects of Quality Assurance and Control Quality done by proofreaders, revisers and translators to ensure that translation meets quality requirements.??A? ??????????????Independence: Act under the direct supervision of Translation Department Manager?? ??????????????Supervisory Responsibilities: Translation Section and other assigned personnel.4. Oversees and supervises all aspects of Vinnell Arabia administration Translation Dpeartment; provides the leadership and management to ensure the team meets its requirements.?5. Incorporates all aspects of Machine Translation System (SDL TRADOS) technology and integrates the machine capabilities with manual translation.?6. Analyzes translation data, synthesizes the impact on the process, recommends and implements corrective actions as required; identifies the root causes of poor performance and recommends necessary changes.?7. Maintains status of personnel and equipment; assists and provides quality assurance; prepares and schedules meetings, briefings and special venues to meet administrative report suspense.?8.? ?Prepares reports; tracks, reviews and reports progress of the translation process.?9.? ?Responsible for Knowledge Management, data backup, and protection.?10. Responsible for implementation and compliance with Vinnell Arabia policies and standing operating procedures.??11. Performs other mission duties, as required.
