Having received significant funding, theyre now looking to build a world-class team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.One role theyre looking to hire is a Product Lead focusing on Merchant & Commercial. This position offers a unique opportunity in a highly dynamic market environment.Your responsibilities would include:- Build and manage a dedicated product team consisting of researchers, designers, and developers - ensure the teams efficiency and people growth- Play a decisive role in the product vision definition in your product area- Understand customers and merchants needs, design journeys and analyse CJMs, identify opportunities via research, market gaps or cutting-edge technical insights- Drive product growth - prioritise opportunities, test them and make them live- Analyze product metrics, be responsible for them, gather and analyse customer feedback- Build product processes within and outside of the team, communicate with stakeholders- Gather product requirements, manage the backlog
