Senior Process EngineerLocation: Jubail, Saudi ArabiaSalary: Market relatedÿOur client is a leading petrochemicals manufacturer supplying various industries globally.We are looking for a Process engineer for their plant based in Jubail.ÿThe Key role is to provide process engineering guidance and technical expertise to operating departments aiming to achieve a safe & sustained plant performance.ÿ<b>Responsibilities</b>úÿ Provide technical input in EHSS activities, e.g. MOCs, PHAs, HazOps, PSERs (Pre-Startup EHSS Reviews) and verifies EHSS process related calculationsúÿ Support operating departments in achieving Sustainability KPIsúÿ Perform requested studies to assess operating plants conditions to improve safe performance and achieve production capacity/Targets, through PESR systemúÿ Analyze new technical developments in process engineering to propose improvements in the existing facilities, as well as focal point for handling process related technical service requests (TSRs)úÿ Periodically monitor critical operating parameters to assess equipment performance, with respect to optimum operation, and develops plant load optimization proposals, when applicableúÿ Assist operating departments in process project activities, i.e. preparation of process related design packages (CDPs), CBP reviews, and related plant process modificationsúÿ Support Operating plants in process feasibility studies, BEDD, PDP, FEED, detailed engineering, execution, run test, commissioning and startup of site projects to ensure proper compliance.úÿ Involvement, when selected, in Mega projects to provide necessary technical supportúÿ Participate in operating plants startups & shutdowns, as well as support in investigations of unscheduled plant interruptions.úÿ Participate in process related Reliability Methodologies of operating plantsConduct studies of process chronic problems, and provide short/long term solution proposalsRequirements<b>Requirements:</b>ú Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineeringú Minimum of 10+ years experience as a process engineer in the petrochemical industry at Membrane Caustic/EDC/chlorine/hydrogen plantsú Previous experience on ThyssenKrupp technology would be an advantage
