ResponsibilitiesPortal Roadmap Initiatives:

Continuously initiate and coordinate with the business and management to exchange Ideas and suggestions in line with company and end-user interests of portal activities.
Manage the process of implementing and enhancing current/new initiatives in line with Support Services and Communication Committees.
Submit periodic reports about the portal planned activities, obstacles, deviation?etc., and follow up to find appropriate solutions.

Portal Activation and Deployment:

Communicate and activate current / new features of portal usage through creating manuals, guidelines.
Ensure the deployment of portal services to make sure that end user has the knowledge to navigate them.

Portal Structure and Display:

Ensure the portal structure is well designed and grouped to be user friendly and easily accessible.
Communicate with the concerned departments to continuously enhance the display of the Portal and keep it up to date with the new Portal visualization techniques.

Portal Content Management:

Coordinate with portal owners to make sure that the posted content is up to date and consistent
Ensure that posts / documents are subject to the company policies and procedures.
Ensure that posted contend is in line with security system and authorization access management.

Portal Awareness and Tips:

Ensure that end user is always aware of the existing of new portal services / capabilities / features to maximize the benefits and usage of the portal.
Continuously update the end user with of random tips about the portal activities

Portal Quality Services:

Ensure that all portal services and features are working properly and smoothly.
Coordinate and follow up with the concerned departments to resolve any technical issue that would affect the Portal services and features
Conduct surveys regularly to enhance the Portal activities.
