Sr. Planning Engineer:- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Must be available inside KSA on transferable iqama- Bachelor of Engineering - preferably in Civil - 10+ years of experience in construction industry (High rise building experience˙is˙desirable)- Job description / Role 1-Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress reports. 2-Preparation of Baseline schedule, revised schedule with resource & cost loading. 3-Monitoring progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning.. 4-Preparation of cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects. 5-Updating the schedule based on inputs received from project team. 6-Identifying the delays causes, if any, and suggesting the corrective actions to the construction team. 7-Attending project progress review meetings. 8-Estimating the projects cash flow. 9-Preparation of internal Planning reports. 10-Preparation of issue log and update it. Proficient in using the following software: 1- Primavera P6. 2- Microsoft Excel. 3- Microsoft PowerPoint 4- Microsoft Power BI. Familiar with integration between above software, fluent in English both speaking and writing
