Senior Planning Engineer

Develop comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with the project team.
Coordinate with project managers, design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Manage resource planning, allocation, and forecasting to ensure optimal use of manpower, equipment, and materials.
Prepare regular project progress reports, including earned value management (EVM), for senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
Oversee planning and scheduling audits to ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior planning engineers and other team members.
