The consultant is not expected to be an expert but will have strong passion, broad interest, and specialist skills that complement the current team balance.In this role, you will work as part of a close-knit team under our senior team members guidance while supporting the development of graduates and leading defined scopes of work and bids.Your daily responsibilities are expected to comprise the following...

  • Providing progress reports, graphs and critical path analysis for the monthly and weekly progress reports
  • Reporting any risks, opportunities and any mitigation strategies to maintain the project completion date
  • Reviewing actual progress against the construction programme and preparing all relevant reports
  • Report and advice of any early warnings with regards to potential delay events
  • Monitor and report any cost related programme risks
  • Review and prepare prospective and retrospective delay analysis

  • Experience of major multi-contract projects.
  • Knowledge of Time Impact Analysis and Forensic delay analysis.
  • Knowledge of planning principles, methodology, practices of research and data collection
  • Excellent Knowledge of Primavera P6
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Project.
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Relevant Degree in Engineering
  • Experience in the Middle East is essential.
