  • Reviews and respondswithreports related to schedule and contract, ensuring timely report submission, and clients presentation.
  • Liaises with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers.
  • Records and monitors all site activities and costs being expended on the project.
  • Maintains a schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations, etc.
  • Manages field queries from clients, project staff (including senior management), third-party consultants, and contractors to resolve problems.
  • Analyses system information and metrics to detect program deficiencies and implement corrective action.
  • Prepares, updates, and consolidates the KPIs reports of the project anddepartments.
  • PreparesEoT Claims and reviewssub-contractor EoT, prolongation, and disruption claims.
  • Visits the site frequentlyto monitor the progress of works.
  • Provides feedback andvalidates payment applications preparations to QS.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering.
  • 7-10 years of experience in planning projects in the constructionor the contracting field.
  • Proficient use of Primavera and Microsoft Applications.
  • Exposure to claims management, counter claimsand delay analysis.
