Join one of the leading global online food ordering and delivery marketplaces!We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join the People team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.Your mission:The Senior People Partner takes a lead role on services of People Function, ensuring consistently high standards of People service delivery, providing People expertise and guidance to employees, analyzing metrics and trends of the People Operations and resolves complex employee relations issues.Your heroic skills:

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance &Suggest new HR strategies
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs
  • Lead in the onboarding process of new team members.
  • Ensures data accuracy and reporting for HRIS.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Assist with the execution of a full employment life cycle.
  • Participate in the development of new HR strategies.
  • Process employees? queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the line manager.
Nice to have:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, BA, Management, or a Related Field
  • 3 YeaRs of Proven work experience as an HR senior Specialist, or HR Generalist
  • Solid knowledge of Governmental and labor procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • SHRM or CIPD Certified
