Job Overview:This person is responsible for supporting NetSuite Users in their day to day activities. The job alsoincludes collecting and analyzing business operations requirements and relate those with NetSuiteimplementations. Coordinate with Finance and other stakeholder in Egypt to implement changesand improvements to NetSuite to fulfill business requirements.Primary Responsibilities And Activities (Egypt)Business? Defining, Analyzing and Documenting NetSuite users day to day issue related to overallNetSuite Functionalities such as Advanced Financial, One World and consolidation, bankingand finance, procure to pay, order to cash, supply chain, inventory management and fixedassets.? Assist in preparation of business vs. functional requirement workflow.? Perform gap, functional and technical analysis for business issues.? Contribute in producing implementation progress report to ensure set milestone is beingmet.? Understanding system challenges user is facing and propose solution keeping projectobjectives in mind.? Assist / Build Functional Test Cases for solution.? Drive weekly internal review meetings along with the ERP team.Technical? Perform necessary system customization (without the need of scripting) as per user?srequirements once Change Request is approved by the ERP Head.? Perform various system tests in sandbox as required by the Solutions Architect anddocument results.Finance? Manage and configure accounting list such as Chart of Accounts and segmentations as perbusiness requirements once approve by the GFC. (Group Financial Controller)? Customize saved searches and financial reports for easy data extraction and createdashboard as required.? Support on various bulk data migration.? Take ownership of user role configuration in EgyptPrimary Work Arrangements? This role will collaborate with different Development & Business Teams in Egypt/KSA andother key functions as needed, to fulfill the responsibilities described above.
